My Name is Alexandria Smith, I am a culinary student at Great Lakes Culinary Institute in Traverse City Michigan.
I have worked in the industry for 5 years and currently take on outside orders for my own business. I aspire to be a pastry chef at a high end restaurant.
Currently I am wrapping up my internship at Kohler Wisconsin in their pastry department. As I am ending my summer in Wisconsin I will be going back to finish my Associates in culinary and my baking and pastry certificate
